Learn to Play Adult Tennis
Learn to Play Tennis 101 is a one-hour class held weekly for three consecutive weeks. Designed for beginner players, this program introduces the fundamental skills needed to enjoy tennis.
Participants will learn the forehand, backhand, volley, and serve through fun, engaging drills and activities. Each class builds on the skills learned in the previous session, helping players build confidence and consistency while getting plenty of practice time. By the end of the program, players will have a solid foundation and be ready to rally and begin playing with others.
All students must wear sneakers, bring a water bottle and tennis racquet.
This program will take place at the Groton Country Club courts.
