Current Issues in Constitutional Law

This seminar will review and analyze U.S. Supreme Court decisions in the most recent term, including cases involving Presidential control of administrative agencies and birthright citizenship. We will also examine cases on the docket for the upcoming term, including a case that challenges Chicago's attempt to limit possession of AK-15 rifles. It will be helpful that participants read a few legal briefs (or excerpts) and articles in preparation for each session.
