A Guided Sculpture Walk: Andres Institute of Art

Explore art and nature on a guided sculpture walk at the Andres Institute of Art. Stroll through the wooded landscape while discovering an impressive collection of large-scale outdoor sculptures created by artists from around the world. Along the way, learn about the artists, stories, and ideas behind selected works and how the sculptures interact with the natural setting. Wear comfortable walking shoes and come ready for a unique blend of art, history, and New Hampshire's natural beauty.

The walk is moderately difficult, featuring uneven, wooded paths and some hills. Participants should be comfortable walking for an hour and handling natural terrain. Trekking poles are optional but can assist with rocky areas and fallen leaves.

The park features 10+ miles of trails and 100+ sculptures across 140 acres. You are welcome to explore before or after the guided walk. You could also make it an art day: do the sculpture walk, eat locally as a group, then catch a concert by Blues Legend Ronnie Earl and the Broadcasters on Saturday, the 14th. You can purchase tickets for the shows directly at Andres Institute of Art.

Please wear a warm jacket, comfortable walking shoes, a snack and water bottle.

Rain Date: Saturday, Nov 21, 1:30-3:30 PM
