Core Strength and ConditioningExerciseThis class is for those who want to build strength, especially in their core, glutes, and shoulders. After age 35, we start losing muscle mass which can lead to a host of problems, but the good news is, if you are intentional with your exercise routine, you can build new muscle at any age! All abilities are welcome, no previous experience is required. Variations and modifications will always be given to work within your limits while still challenging yourself. And despite the frequent bad news, knowledge keeps us strong and gives us hope. The format is perfect." "I have attended a number of the General's Roundtables and have always come away with a 360 degree, 30,000 ft view of world affairs. I also enjoy the conversations that it stirs in the participants. Highly recommend this series!" "A diverse array of relevant topics is addressed, with Organizer presenting thought-provoking content." "He is always prepared, well informed, invites comments and questions."
