Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This is a great class for those with yoga experience who want an extra challenge. We will explore longer pose holds, interspersed with fluid movement between poses while integrating our breath. While this class is designed to challenge you, we will offer modifications and variations throughout so you will always work within your comfort zone. We will explore the relationship between breath, movement, and introspection throughout this course, and additional class themes will provide a platform to help you explore your mind body connection more deeply. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, energized, and more at peace. We can't wait to see you on the mat!
