Shell We Craft? Make Your Own Decoupage Seashell Workshop
Join avid crafter and teacher Debi to transform ordinary ocean treasures into beautiful, functional works of art! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of decoupage to decorate beautiful seashells—perfect for jewelry dishes, gifts, home decor, and much more! Debi breaks down the process step by step, making it easy, relaxing, and fun for absolute beginners and experienced creators alike. All materials are provided. Come enjoy a creative escape, connect with fellow makers, and leave with your own gorgeous, handmade coastal masterpieces!
You’ll leave the workshop with 2 finished pieces ready to take home and display that very day!
We will be working with acrylic paint and resin, so please dress accordingly. You may consider bringing an apron. Resin releases a strong odor during the curing process, so you are welcome to bring a face mask or respirator if you are sensitive to strong scents. Gloves will be provided.
We will be using paper napkins for this project. If you have any paper napkins with designs or patterns that you really love, please feel free to bring those to class.

Instructor
Hi, I’m Debi! By day, I’m an elementary school teacher who loves sharing the joy of learning. By night, I’m an avid crafter constantly chasing my next creative outlet. I’ve worked with everything from paper and resin crafts—like decoupage, scrapbooking, and card making—to painting, candle making, pottery, and unique charcuterie boards. When I’m not teaching or creating, you can find me singing in local bands, choruses and community theater, practicing yoga, kayaking, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I can’t wait to create something beautiful with you and help you fuel your creative spark!
