Beginner Yoga
Yoga practice begins with attention to the body and breath and is intended for everyone as part of a healthy lifestyle. We will practice a gentle Hatha based yoga that uses a combination of foundational yoga poses with the longer holds of Yin yoga, all with a focus on alignment, body awareness and breath practices. The pace is slower to allow for questions, individual assists and meditation practices within each class.
Jacqueline Frey
Yoga Instructor
Jacqueline Frey, a yogi for over 20 years, has trained at the Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Buddha Nest Yoga (Anne Dries) and most recently with Jason Crandall. She has been a certified instructor (RYT-500) for over 8 years. Her primary work as a Physician Assistant helps to inform this healthful practice with emphasis on building strength and aging well.
Emma Howard
Fitness & Dance Instructor
Emma started her yoga teacher journey while living in Thailand from 2009-2012. She led classes for friends and colleagues and realized how much she loved facilitating an environment of body awareness and positive energy. She went on to get her 200hr yoga teacher certification in Rishikesh India in 2012.
